in the Netherlands.
I have obtained a PhD in Mathematics in 2014 jointly at the
Université Pierre et Marie Curie (Paris 6) and at the University of Vienna.
Before joining Radboud University in 2018, I held postdoctoral positions at Rutgers and in Bonn.
I am a mathematician exploring the large-scale geometry and dynamics of our universe. My field of research is Mathematical General Relativity and I use techniques from Differential and Metric Geometry and hyperbolic PDEs.
I teach courses in Analysis/PDEs, Differential Geometry, and Mathematical Physics. In these areas I also supervise Bachelor and Master theses. In 2024/25 I teach Reële Analyse and Riemannian Geometry.
I currently organize the local Mathematics Colloquium and the Joint Online Mathematical Relativity Colloquium. Regularly I also organize international workshops — in 2025 the CERS15 and the GAPsinLS at BIRS-IMAG Granada.
