Classical and quantum fields on anti-de Sitter spaces
Anti-de Sitter spaces are Lorentzian manifolds with boundary which provide the background for holographic phenomena underpinning the celebrated AdS/CFT conjecture. While the full conjecture is hardly within reach of existing mathematical techniques, it is possible to study its low-energy manifestations rigorously on the level of linear classical and quantum fields. In this talk I will review several results along those lines, which aim at reconstructing physical objects in the bulk from boundary data.
