Sep Thijssen wrote a Master Thesis on
Computing Torsion in Field Extensions under
joint supervision with prof. Hendrik Lenstra (Leiden).
He will receive his Master of Science degree in September, 2010.
One of the results used in the Master Thesis seems to have been
published first in the
Ph.D. thesis of Emmanuel van Tieghem (in Dutch!).
The version appearing under the link was digitized from the copy of Hendrik Lenstra.
