Victoria Hoskins
Assistant Professor in geometry

Department of mathematics (IMAPP)
at the Radboud University Nijmegen

Research Interests

Algebraic and symplectic geometry: moduli spaces and stacks (of vector bundles, sheaves and quiver representations), group actions and quotients (geometric invariant theory, moment maps, symplectic and hyperkähler reduction), motives of moduli spaces and stacks.

Together with the Vector Bundles on Algebraic Curves (VBAC) Committee we launched an online seminar series in 2020. For more information, see the VBAC website.

In September 2021 I gave a talk in Münster at Representation theory's hidden motives.

In October 2021 I gave a talk (virtually) in Stockholm at Motives and Hodge theory.

In November 2021 I spoke at the DESDA student symposium (Radboud University Nijmegen).

In January 2022 I am running a workshop at the Proefstudeerdag Wiskunde (Experience Day for Mathematics) at Radboud University Nijmegen.
